efficient with team work I had been looking for an SUV with various makers. The ONLY dealer to call me back was Kevin with Superior Ford. He did a follow up again 4 months l I had been looking for an SUV with various makers. The ONLY dealer to call me back was Kevin with Superior Ford. He did a follow up again 4 months later, giving me the time and space I needed. My husband and I went to re-look so my husband could drive what I was interested in. We told Kevin it would be next year sometime that we make the jump. The following weekend my husband said "let's buy it now". In we went to make the purchase and Kevin was with other buying customers. We were approached by Greg to help us. He took many hours out of his day to help Kevin get credit for our sale. That's teamwork! For financing, Michael couldn't get immediate responses from banks for various reasons. The next day he called to have us re-sign papers with a lower percentage rate. I appreciate the honesty, as we would never have known that we were offered a full percentage lower. More

Quick lane review Tried getting an oil change 3 times and the wait was over a two hours. They would not let me make a appointment and when I talked about my frustration Tried getting an oil change 3 times and the wait was over a two hours. They would not let me make a appointment and when I talked about my frustration it seemed like that did not care had to drop it off the night before and called first thing in the morning and even that was a struggle the guy said they don’t move cars. The reason why I like going to ford for oil changes is because I bought my car brand new from ford and I just wanted to make sure they were the ones always looking it over. After test driving I over heard here discussing with another staff member that I had the online price and she didn't think I would buy.
