Quick lube The quick lube was the slowest i have ever seen it, i normally come here because its "quick". The day i arrived i was next in line. 1.5 hours later i The quick lube was the slowest i have ever seen it, i normally come here because its "quick". The day i arrived i was next in line. 1.5 hours later i was done, for just an oil change. The tech working should be reprimanded. While i waited, i often saw him take a few moments to just stand there and do nothing even though there was a line of people behind me and in the other lane. He moved so slow it was painful to watch. Several cars left the waiting line while i waited just over an hour for my car to enter the bay. Once in the bay it took at least 15 minutes for him to even open the hood, and 15 minutes later i was done. I paid $50 for 15 minute service to my vehicle. I received a print out of all the things that should have been checked for a service, however nothing was documented on the printout, or im reading it wrong. It has a bunch of green, yellow, red dots but nothing was circled or highlighted so i have no clue if any of it was checked. Terrible service this time. I have been going here for a few years now. I feel bad for the manager who said it was his second day. I dont know the service guys name so i checked them all below More

Answer your fricken phone It is impossible to get thru to your office by phone. I called 3 separate times and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever answer It is impossible to get thru to your office by phone. Again, no point in calling, no one answers (even though my call is very important to you). It says you can leave a message but doesn’t allow me to. You must be so backed up with recalls that you dont have time for other service appointments. More
