There way better than New Brighton Ford. But not totally satifactory. They never answered my question about the brakes I asked. But they did replace the other half. and letting the otherside go saying it was ok. My opinion of Superior Ford I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Ford. The first time was an “ok” experience and then service follow ups sealed the deal that I was done do I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Ford. The first time was an “ok” experience and then service follow ups sealed the deal that I was done doing business with them. The only reason that I purchased a second vehicle was based on it was what I was looking for and was used and certified. I feel that the sales person was uninformed and actually feel mislead after the purchase. I have unfortunately had to have some service follow ups do to issues and the length of time to get it in and how long it took for it to be repaired, was very disappointing. I do feel the service manager was doing the best he could do to the circumstances. I have consequently used Luther for service. More
Service Department appointment for oil change Had an APPOINTMENT and dropped my car off at 8:30 am Friday morning for a simple oil change and Tire Rotation expecting it to be done by noon at the l Had an APPOINTMENT and dropped my car off at 8:30 am Friday morning for a simple oil change and Tire Rotation expecting it to be done by noon at the latest. Finally at 2:30 pm, I called the dealership to get a status update to see when my car would be ready. No answer, just kept ringing and ringing. Decided it had to be done (it's 3pm now) and went to the dealership to find out they hadn't even started the work on my car and told me to come back around 5pm. Well the dealership closes at 6pm and I had to be at a Wedding Rehearsal at 5pm that night and I was in the wedding on Saturday so I wasn't able to pick up my car until Monday afternoon because the dealership is closed on Sunday. On top of everything management/customer service didn't seem to care that they hadn't started on my car when I dropped it off and said "well we have a lot of appointments". Apparently 8:30 am just isn't early enough to get something so simple done by the afternoon. I will not be going back anytime soon. More
