Went in for a check engine light issue. I felt they did everything they could to keep the cost as low as possible but also gave me options! Very friendly and informative service group. A couple complaints though. It took over 45 min for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I feel like it shouldn't have took that long considering t complaints though. It took over 45 min for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I feel like it shouldn't have took that long considering they have all the tools and materials readily available and do numerous of these a day, My other complaint is that they left multiple dirty hand prints inside my truck all over the dash, door handle, and glove compartment where they removed and replace the cabin air filter. The service tech changed the oil and never changes his gloves when working inside the vehicle. More
