Repair of back hatch on Escape Dropped my Escape off after hours and left keys in drop box on 8/14/19. Had not heard anything on my car so called around 4pm on 8/16/19. After wait Dropped my Escape off after hours and left keys in drop box on 8/14/19. Had not heard anything on my car so called around 4pm on 8/16/19. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I finally reached someone who said "Ohhh wait a minute please" put me on hold and than came back and said my car was ready. Turns out my car was ready on 8/15/19 per the paper work and no one ever called me that it was ready. Not sure if this is because my car is a lease and there was no charge to me. Not sure what your process is for contacting people when their cars are ready but this definitely didn't impress me. More

Repair of vehicle Vehicle had catalytic converters replaced. Engine light appeared 4 blocks from dealership and cabin smelled heavily of exhaust fumes. Returned the Vehicle had catalytic converters replaced. Engine light appeared 4 blocks from dealership and cabin smelled heavily of exhaust fumes. Returned the vehicle to check on source of exhaust smell and engine light. O2 sensor replaced -- exhaust still noticeable. Not sure there ever was a test drive by the service tech to check if issue was resolved. This past year there has always been a 3-4 week wait for service. Never used to be that long. More
Strike 3 My last three service visits to Superior were poor, average and fair. I only returned because the Service Manager called after my poor visit. On that trip, I sat in line for 10-15 minutes before being approached, and was not serviced in the order received. When told 15 more minutes it was closer to 35 minutes. I then returned and received average service. Minor, but the reminder sticker had my current mileage, not the suggested return mileage. During my most recent visit, I was approached about a cabin filter. When I questioned the price the service person said they are difficult to access and "they take some time". I agreed to the change. When I got in my vehicle there was a new filter and an access cover on the passenger side floor. I went back in a asked them to finish the installation. The crew member was polite and apologetic and really fast. It took less than 2 minutes to reinstall. I will be doing it myself in the future and saving the additional $60.00+. As I was about to leave again, I notice there was no reminder sticker on the windshield so I went back in a second time to request one. They come in handy and I imagine encourage customers to come back to Superior Ford. As I said to the Service Manager that called me, I can get that service at a Jiffy Lube for a lot less money. I take my car to a Ford Dealer assuming I get better quality work. Not sure I am getting that at Superior. As convenient as the location is to my work, I will now be taking it to a local service shop or the Ford dealer near my home. More

I have a 2018 Ford Focus sel with the 2.0 motor and an automatic transmission. I bought it in because the transmission surges and and hesitation. They told me it needed a computer upgrade and it shifts in parameters now. But in real life nothing has changed. I will never buy a Ford product again. More
Good job with oil change service. .. waiting for mngr reply About a year ago I got an oil change here, after, the guys ran the vehicle through the car wash. That ripped a panel off of the lift gate on my suv. About a year ago I got an oil change here, after, the guys ran the vehicle through the car wash. That ripped a panel off of the lift gate on my suv. Worked with Shawn to have someone glue a new panel on. I had to purchase a used panel and have it painted. I went back because the manager helped make the previous situation better. The recent oil change last week went well, except they asked about taking my suv through the car wash again. I told the guys the car wash was pretty abrasive. It tore the panel apart. Then we processed to look at the panel and noticed the adhesive used was coming off and the panel is loose again. I lefy a message for Shawn on Friday. No response yet. Today is Tuesday and I left another message for Shawn. Waiting for a reply. My hopes are that Shawn can coordinate with someone (else) to use a better adhesive and simply stick the panel back on my vehicle. Hopefully it will stay on this time. If you can offer any assistance in repairs I would appreciate it. Fyi- I purchased a used panel and had to have it painted, cost me quite a bit in time and out of pocket expense, due to that car wash. Oil change ended up costing me much more than expected. More
