Also seemed to be a problem with getting a hold of the salesman to start the process. I visited your dealership on a Saturday and talked with Don Castle. I took his card that had all of his numbers on it. The following Wednesday we decided to purchase a particular vehicle and wanted to make sure it was held for us. I first texted him at 8:30 am on his cell number. No reply after an hour. I then called and left a message on his cell. 2 more hours went by and no reply. I then called the main dealership line to see that he was actually in that day and they said he was. I was transfered to his desk phone and left another message. 1 more hour went by and no reply. I finally called his desk again and got an answer. I am not sure what happened with all of the messages I left him, but I was finally able to give him a credit card number to hold the vehicle. More

Warranty coverage of door ajar alert I am satisfied with warranty service. John McClleland informed me that repair was under warranty at last oil change. I called for appointment, as part needed to be ordered, at this time I informed John that my engine light was on. I explained that I had live chat with Ford. Gal informed me it was related to my alerts and possibly a fuel intake alert. She explained how to clear, I tried did not work. When I brought car in for warranty work I did not mention, my mistake. So when I drive away and engine light on I wasn't concerned. I am told that it will reset computer with combo city highway drive. Since I'm rural I don't expect it will clear any time soon. My paper work does have entry that engine light on. No one mentioned to me before I left. I will mention at next quick lane visit. More
