Poor communication from service advisor. I had a 9:00 am apt. to fix a recall on my 2016 Explorer. I had to call at 6:15 to find out the status of my repair. Service advisor said they could I had a 9:00 am apt. to fix a recall on my 2016 Explorer. I had to call at 6:15 to find out the status of my repair. Service advisor said they could not get it done that evening, and that I would have to wait until the next morning. The next morning she called to let me know I needed rear brakes and tires. I knew better, because I had just had rear brakes installed 10,000 miles previously. Ten minutes she called back to let me know I didn't need brakes that they got the two white Explorers mixed up. I just hope there wasn't more than two white Explorers up there at the same time. More

Surprise Purchase My husband and I have made an appointment with Ron to start to talk through options for our current lease F-150. we have been in his office last Octob My husband and I have made an appointment with Ron to start to talk through options for our current lease F-150. we have been in his office last October as we knew we were going to be over miles on our lease and did not quite know if we wanted to purchase the truck or return it. we had actually started looking at other manufacturers as well to find ways to make sure our payment was at a decent price. Ron did an exceptional job of listening and being patient with our frame of mind in trying to figure out what was best for us on overall purchase investment, price and interest rate. there was actually a moment where my husband and I were ready to leave the dealership to talk things out when Ron showed us a used f150 that we hadn't looked at yet. We instantly had her interest part by the vehicle and took it out for a test drive. Before you knew it we were sitting down filling out the full application. I also have to make a mansion to Rich and finance he was fantastic he made that portion of the process very smooth and as less stressful as possible. He was very visible to what he was doing and also was realistic at what the banks would come back with. She understood that each customer has a different situation and was more than willing to be flexible and make sure that we were understanding of all the options on the table. For our first purchase was Superior Ford we were very happy. Thanks! More

Very good experience, I enjoy working with Derek Jones Leasing or buying a vehicle has always made me nervous. You never quite now if your getting the best deal possible.
