Service rep readily offered that and was helpful as was the service rep who went over some of the rental car features we were not aware of. Replaced tie rods, front alignment - Good work, but would have liked to replace rotors and tires but these were way overpriced. They would already have the car up. You'd think they'd want to get more business as tires, rotors, tie rods all work in proximity and save labor. But the cheapest tires were over $200 each and rotors replacement close to that. There are cheaper places to get that done if they can't come down to a reasonable price. More

I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Everyone was nice, there was a female sales person who showed us some features on our new car. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome, her desk was right next to Juan’s. The guy who worked with us on our trade in could have been friendlier, I think his name was Doug. Overall he was okay, just needs to smile and come off a little friendlier. He seemed more angry with us about why we wouldn’t want to trade our car. More

Warranty work needed. I have a 2016 fusion with a 2.5 Ltr engine. I was having problems with the transmission shifting from park to reverse and from drive to reverse. It would clang really loud and jerk the whole car. The found out the problem was the transmission solenoid and fixed it right away. Very good job. Have not had the problem reoccurre since. More

Ford Focus I needed a new car. My kids had used Superior Ford in the past with very good luck. I found the car I was interested in on their website so made an a I needed a new car. My kids had used Superior Ford in the past with very good luck. I found the car I was interested in on their website so made an appointment to look at it. The only problem was I was made to wait and wait. They were not busy at all, as several salespeople were wandering around, not busy. Then after all the paperwork was finally signed, the salesperson was showing me how to work everything in the car, things I'd never used before. We discovered the a/c was not working, so I ended up with a loaner for 2 days until they could fix it. By the time (4 hrs later) the non-working a/c was found, the Service Dept had closed. I'm hoping nothing else is wrong with this car as it obviously wasn't checked out before. But I called the salesperson a few days later with a question and she readily explained things. I would definitely recommend Superior Ford in the future. More
