Service My appt was 3 weeks out from day I cld in. Had my car there the night before. My appt was for 8:30 a.m..I still had not heard from anyone by noon so I My appt was 3 weeks out from day I cld in. Had my car there the night before. My appt was for 8:30 a.m..I still had not heard from anyone by noon so I called and was told by Joe that car was not done. But should be done by 3. I said to him good thing I wasn't waiting there that long. He said because i left it, they fit it in when they could. That is crap, what if I needed car by noon. When I dropped off I assumed it would be done in a couple of hrs from appt time. More

First Oil Change I purchased my Ford Escape last year and last week was my first oil change and tire rotation at the dealership. Previously for my first oil change at I purchased my Ford Escape last year and last week was my first oil change and tire rotation at the dealership. Previously for my first oil change at 5,000 miles, i went cheap at Jiffy Lube. I have a great experience at Superior Ford with great customer service. In the future i will return to the dealership instead of cheap Jiffy Lube. Thanks More
