I'm done coming here. I am so disappointed in the fact that there are no other Ford Dealerships on my way home that I can go to. The only reason I keep going here is cause I am so disappointed in the fact that there are no other Ford Dealerships on my way home that I can go to. The only reason I keep going here is cause they are the only one and that I am trying to keep my car in warranty. But I feel that if I went in here for a warranty problem that they would mess that up as well and I would be in the same or worse boat than before. I came here a long time ago and they just weren't getting anything right. I left a horrible review because I was fed up with my experiences and they reached out to make things better and they just continue to not be any better. I would go in for The Works oil change. Oil change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation, fluid top off and they just weren't doing some of the things. I was starting to even wonder if they were doing the oil change at all and just charging ridiculous prices for their techs to just stand around and look busy. They reached out tried to make it better. Roll around to my most previous visit and oh lord am I beyond done with this business. Went in for just an oil change. None of the extra stuff. Literally paid xxxx near the same price as the words and I only wanted the oil change. $3 dollar difference!! Are you kidding me? Labor charge of 30-40$ are you kidding me. Do you think the work you guys do is worth that much? In Quicklane, no. Maybe in the actual service department. And what is the ''Customer pay shop supply charge?" Really? This is seriously a joke. Now to get to why I am really mad. Pay 60$ for AN OIL CHANGE and get a car wash, cool. Driving home and my car starts to sound like something on my car is grinding. Now I know you didn't touch my wheels cause I wanted an OIL CHANGE, that has nothing to do with my tires so what is grinding on my car? in a panic and stuck in traffic I manage to pull over and get under my car to find that they forgot to put my heat shield oil pan thing back up under the car. So now I need to rip it off and can't manage that cause it's held on by two bolts. I don't have a knife to cut this thing off and I have nothing to lift my car and pull it off in this parking lot. So here I am STUCK. Call up their shop to see what they want to do about this and I can't get ahold of anyone. Ended up going to a local oil change store, you know, one that specializes in doing oil changes correctly and for a decent price. and they managed to help me out. So if this was a review for them I would give them 10 out of 5 stars. My next oil change is scheduled for after my warranty is expired and you can expect that I am going to this other company. I now no longer have anything under my car thanks to superior and I really hope that I don't have any problems because of them. I do not want to have any more harassing phone calls from you as you do not need to call your customers 3 times a day to ask for a 5-star review. If you have to do that you obviously know that something is wrong with your company. More

Oil change at the Ford dealer I usually come in early at 7:00am or 8:00am, but this time I waited till 9:00 am. It wasn't busy at all. Not Very Happy Was not very happy with the Service Dept. $102.00 bill for an oil change. Was not told that my tire rotation was included in the $59.95 package, so I Was not very happy with the Service Dept. $102.00 bill for an oil change. Was not told that my tire rotation was included in the $59.95 package, so I was charge separately for that, and was not told that the cost would be $30.00 plus to clean the terminals on my battery. Why don't you inform customers of choices before work is performed?????? More
