Jason was on top of my complete service experience - said it would be a half hour wait - I waited 20 minutes and they pulled my car in to change the oil. Service department communication through text message service was terrible. Promises made but never followed through on. Online appointments are not recommended. The service department knew my part was on back order but I went to the shop only to be told to come back another day.
