Do not return calls I had come in for service and you needed to order a part and you were going to contact me when it came in. I had to call you to see if it came in seve I had come in for service and you needed to order a part and you were going to contact me when it came in. I had to call you to see if it came in several weeks later, it had come in. The service department was busy when I called and said they would call me back to set up a time to come in. Two days past so I called you back and set up the appointment, the earliest you could get me in was in 3 weeks at 8am. I was told it was a 2 hour job so I set up a return ride with a friend 11am when I came in at 8am I was told the technician working on my truck does not get in until later and it would be lucky if it be done by noon. To make a long story short you need to work on your communication skills. Not having loaner cars is also a reason I will not be back, I need a car for work. More
Not Happy with failure to honor coupon book with no exp date I bought my car here with cash 5/2014 and was given a coupon book with many deals for service on my new vehicle, It was given to me by my sales person I bought my car here with cash 5/2014 and was given a coupon book with many deals for service on my new vehicle, It was given to me by my sales person who said that these coupon deals never expire for the original owner and indeed they even said so on the coupon book " No Expiration ". I tried to use the coupon for a free oil change and was told to wait for the MGR. The oil change that Saturday took almost 2 hours in the quick lane only 4 cars back so I was already not real happy so when the Manager said the coupons were no longer accepted I could not believe he would not honor a coupon that was clearly for that location with no expiration date and was a gift from his sales people? He was very brief and offered no apology or attempt to give me another deal he just said no and disappeared. This is something consumers can't stand when a business does not honor a printed offer. I can't remember his name but the date was 5-11-2019. More

Bad Service I had a 10:00 appointment on may 1st and I called after work to see if it was done and they told me they didn't have time to get it done and I didn't I had a 10:00 appointment on may 1st and I called after work to see if it was done and they told me they didn't have time to get it done and I didn't get my truck back until May 2nd in the afternoon. They disconnected the block heater in truck for what reason I do not know. This is the third time I had it in for this problem first 2 times they told there was nothing wrong with it and that is there favorite excuse for everything. They only thing this dealership can do is change oil and they even have a hard time with that times. Needless to say I will never bring my truck here again and I will never buy another vehicle from here nothing but headaches. More

And Chris from finance made the paperwork tolerable, if not enjoyable. Really like these guys at Superior. You can’t go wrong. More
Oil change was good, the wait for a service appt. was not. The oil change was quick in and out but I think that a 3 week wait for a service appointment is unacceptable. I know that Morrie's is under construction and maybe that affected things but there's really no excuse for not taking care of your own customers in a timely manner. Sales Dept. is generally quite responsive. Derek Jones and Mike Sehr so a good job for us. I didn't get a name for the service guy who was at the furthest north desk in service yesterday. The Quick Lane guy was good, professional, and very courteous but didn't get his name. More
