Within a couple days we had them all and were able to pick them up. We took our time in finance to pick the best balance between service and value. S.L.O.W Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, waited in the car outside of the door for 20min before anyone came to get my information (only 1 car in f Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, waited in the car outside of the door for 20min before anyone came to get my information (only 1 car in front of me) after my info was taken I was told it would be an hour and 15min before completed..... ok expectation set, an hour and a half later I go to check on the car, they are still rotating the tires. Car finishes 15min later. Two aluminum caps on lug nuts missing, and they only explained to me what happened when I asked. The next day my change oil soon light came on. We take our cars here for every oil change and this is on par for almost every trip...... I’ll be looking for a new Ford dealer. More
