Carolyn Hagen was the best agent I have dealt with. Told her what my price point was and she found me a great vehicle with fairly low miles. Which wasn't easy seeing as I didn't have much to spend. She didn't pressure me into something I couldn't afford which I really appreciate. She made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. All around a great experience I will definitely call Carolyn next time I need a vehicle. Thank you so much for helping me out today. More

Poor Customer Service I had hit a pot hole with my car and had gone in to see if they would be able to fix my tire. They were unable to fix it and told me it had to be rep I had hit a pot hole with my car and had gone in to see if they would be able to fix my tire. They were unable to fix it and told me it had to be replaced and they came back and said that my other front tire also need to be replaced as well as an alignment. Once they took off my tire they found out that my rim was bent. They were unable to fix it that day because they did not have a rim on hand but said that they would be able to fix it the next day (Saturday). I was just going to take my car with the spare and drive it back the next day but the manager offered me a rental car so I wouldn't have to come back to drop it off. Half an hour later they called me back and said they would be unable to get the part until Tuesday. I talked to a friend about all the work I needed done and he said he would be able to do it all sooner and for a SIGNIFICANTLY Cheaper. I then called on Saturday morning right after they opened and had to sit on hold for 15 minutes before anyone would answer the phone. When someone finally answered the phone I told them I did not want them to do any work. and he told me he would call me back in a bit. I waited for several hours and no one called me back so I tried calling again that afternoon. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone so I hung up. Someone finally called me at 3:30 (when they close at 4) that I could come and pick up my car. So I had to rush down there. When I went to get my car I found out that they were charging me almost $50 for a rental car that I didn't ask for. If I would have known they were going to charge me for a rental car I would have just brought my car back when they had the part. I think it is pretty ridiculous that you offer someone a rental car and then charge them for it, especially since I wanted to return the rental right that morning and wasn't planning on having it all day. Then after I cashed out I went back to my car and my rim was missing. So I had to go back in and ask for it. That's when they realized they put one new tire on my car and hadn't charged me for it. So if I hadn't gone back to get my rim they never would have noticed they put a new tire on my car? Stephen let me leave and said that we would figure it out with his manager on Monday and that he would match my tire if I found a cheaper price and refund the rental car. Stephen was the ONLY person that I received good customer service from. I was not very impressed with his manager. In my eyes he saw me as a girl coming in not knowing anything about how much I should be charged ( which I didn't but I know more than enough people that do) and wanted to charge me as much as he could. He had quoted me almost $1500 and I was able to get everything done for around $300 and I did not need an alignment because my car was fine without one. I have bought my last two cars from this dealership and have had most of my work done here. I also am planning on trading my car in this fall. After this experience I don't know that I ever want to go to this dealership ever again. So you have probably lost a lifetime customer. More

Seems to me it should have been done well in advance so I could be notified if they weren't available and the service couldn't be performed at the desired time. More
Customer Service I took my car in for an oil change yesterday. Yesterday's wait time for the Quick Lane -- even though I pulled up to the door and no one was outside in line was long. I wish there was a way to let customers know how long the wait will be. When I pulled in, the mechanic that greeted me was Kolbe. Professional, pleasant, answered my questions and did not give the impression that I was a bother. Excellent customer service! Give the guy a raise and have him teach others how to treat the customer. More

Change my oil, rotate my tires, etc. I was there about 1/2 hour, they changed my oil, rotated my tires and other things and they washed my car at the end. The only one that was pleasant and helpful was the gentleman (with the beard) that rotated my tires. I was also not very pleased with the additional charges on the bill, ( rags fee, etc). More
