Very Friendly When I first drove up for about 15 min no one even acknowledge me being there which I felt was wierd because usually someone comes out and will say "w When I first drove up for about 15 min no one even acknowledge me being there which I felt was wierd because usually someone comes out and will say "we will be with you shortly". Other than that the lead person (I think) was very friendly and informative. I had a sitiuation at the last visit when I got my oil changed. I had to come back because the guy didnt tighten something tight enough and oil leaked. When I brought it back they charge me for one of my free oil changes. I stated I should not have been charged because I brought it back because an employee didn`t tighten something tight enough and the guy stated he would not charge me the next time I came in. So this time I mentioned it and the lead said he would take care of it. That impressed me. No questions asked. I told him the guys name from last time which he said he didnt know who it was because I think he said he had worked there for about 5 months. But he still honored what I said. Usually the lead guy that is there when I come in is condescending and rude.So happy they replaced him with this new guy! (Sorry forgot his name). I will be back :-) More
