Directed to MIcheal Larkin's supevisor Micheal was one of the most rude sales people we have ever dealt with. After a test drive we were told to follow him inside . He did not have the common courtesy to hold the door open for a potential customer. After reaching his his desk his first comment was "I make alot of money selling cars" Quite the way to start a conversation. After some discussion it was decided to make an offer on the vehicle. Not once during the process did he offer a beverage other than suggesting we buy an over-priced product from the vending machine. Had we not spent the better part of 2 hours we should have walked away. and spent our money elsewhere. The finance guy was very personable and helpful. After closing the sale we were subjected to a long wait to take delivery of our vehicle only to be given a short and incomplete introduction to the vehicle. Micheal was too distracted by others. I went with the Titanium trim because of the more powerful engine and all I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing my Escape at Superior Ford. I went with the Titanium trim because of the more powerful engine and all the features it has. The Sales Rep. Oliver was great. He was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding . During the test drive and even after I purchased my vehicle , Oliver, took the time to go over all the features of my vehicle and made sure my phone was paired with it. I traded in my used vehicle and received a fair price. I couldn't find a better deal for my new Escape either. I would recommend Superior Ford to anyone looking for a Ford. More

The fact it wasn't 1 person goes further to my family knowing when I call or arrive I know we will be take care of. I previously bought a different vehicle from Oliver 3+ Months ago and he provided an amazing sales experience as well. More

Customer service is lacking at this dealership This was my first visit to this dealership. I brought a car in for a safety recall. In addition to the Service Advisor I came across three employees. This was my first visit to this dealership. I brought a car in for a safety recall. In addition to the Service Advisor I came across three employees. Not one person welcomed me or made eye contact. Nor, was I thanked for my business. Being in an customer service industry I am keen to make all my clients feel welcomed and appreciated no matter the volume of business. I expect similar experiences. I walked away disappointed. Should I need additional Ford repair I would consider another dealership. More
