Oil change I couldn’t give five stars solely on the oil change that was performed on my truck. I know for a fact I drove my truck in with low air in one of the I couldn’t give five stars solely on the oil change that was performed on my truck. I know for a fact I drove my truck in with low air in one of the tires due to the cold weather. When I picked it up my tuck the lights were still on for the low tire pressure also there was not a sticker put on my windshield indicating when my next oil change would be due. Those are two very small things but I feel still important. And makes me wonder if all the other things that would typically be done in the quick Lane we’re not done checking fluid levels and things like that but yet I paid the same price as the quick Lane would’ve charged. Had I gone through the quick Lane which I might add should be renamed to not so quick lane that stuff would have been done. Oil change was more expensive then seen posted. You should tell customer of the price before starting the service. I have a c max and it cost more for the diffe was more expensive then seen posted. I think I should have be told before service. it cost over $80.00 It was a lot more then what the sign by the door said. It was the first time the car had been serviced I bought it new in June. Fast and courteous They had me on my way as fast as possible by scheduling a time for me to pick-up the vehicle and had the paperwork all prepared in advance. They answered all of my questions, allowed me to test drive my new car before I bought it, and negotiated such a fair price that I didn't have to buy a 2018 Ford Fiesta S Hatchback used car during the first 3 months of 2019 as I originally expected. This outcome was a mutually good deal for me and Superior Ford. It had the net effect of maximizing Superior Ford's 2018 sales profits and impressing all of my Maple Grove, MN neighbors who will also have to buy another car for themselves or one of their family members before they retire.
