Power Window/HEated seats issues 2014 Escape Suddenly, without warning my drivers side power, windows heated seats, interior lights etc was out. They got me in on short notice, did a thorough inspection, found it was only a fuse and gave me details about why that may have happened, and got me fixed and on my way. The Manager gave me his business card and was more than SUPERIOR in the customer service department. The part was only 6.95 and they did a complete diagnostic to ensure there was not a short somewhere causing the fuse to blow. My first experience after buying my used certified vehicle there. The buying experience was the best I Have ever had and this first service call was as well! More
