One key only I was displeased to find that there was only one key with this 2018 and $250 for a new one. It was a used vehicle with 3900 miles but I have to assume I was displeased to find that there was only one key with this 2018 and $250 for a new one. It was a used vehicle with 3900 miles but I have to assume the lease turn in required both smart keys or payment for same. Kind of bad deal to surprise me with when picking up after purchased. More
Had to return for 3rd time for oil leak on a 2017 We have had several problems with Service. For our 2005 F150 it took the Service group 3 trips and several hundred dollars later to fix the back up d We have had several problems with Service. For our 2005 F150 it took the Service group 3 trips and several hundred dollars later to fix the back up detector. For our 21017 Ford Explorer the Lube Service group broke the seal on the new oil filter when installed for the first oil change. We brought it back to address the leak that was caused, which leaked all in our garage and drive way. The Lube Service group tightened the oil filter they broke and sent us on our way. The Explorer continued to leak and we brought it back again, and wanted to get the 15,000 mile service that was needed. When we asked for an explanation of why we had a leak, that is when we found out about the damage that was caused to the new oil filter that was installed incorrectly. For the 15,000 service, we were made to pay for another oil change, and the documentation provided did not even explain the oil filter issue plus we are not even sure if the 15,000 check up was performed. We call the new service manager assistant and he provided a free oil check for next time - we had to ask. We have an extended warranty for the new vehicle and are not sure we trust the service that has been provided for future returns.... We will cautiously evaluate what our future choices will be in regards to the service we choose for our Ford vehicles. More
