Body shop took too long & took 3 tries to make it right. I bought the truck here in 2015, so when it came time to bring it in due to being hit in a parking lot, I thought the best bet would be to take it to I bought the truck here in 2015, so when it came time to bring it in due to being hit in a parking lot, I thought the best bet would be to take it to the dealer. It took them three we3ks to complete the work, and then, when they thought they where close to done they called on a friday to say it would be ready on Monday at 2:00. I drive over on Monday at about 3:00, and the wok was not complete. I then inspected the paint work, which appeared to have not been inspected prior to me showing up, and I noticed some imperfections in the finish. They promised to fix it and deliver the car to my house the next evening at 6:00. He did show up the next day at 6:00. But the work was still not complete, as they had not mounted the correct rim, and had not inspected their work. The paint finish had been corrected at this time. He took the car back, and corrected the rim. When I called, the next day, at 5:30, to see if the car was done, he responded that it was, but that they where closing in about 1/2 hour. He did not bother to call me all day, and then when I called him, made me rush over to pick up the car. TERRIBLE customer service, and LAZY! to top it off, the rental company then called a few days later, wondering where the car was, as the dealership had forgotten to call the rental agency to coordinate the return of the car, which the dealership had committed to doing. Very frustrating! Go somewhere else, these guys don’t deserve your business. More

I was not the only person waiting, so my suggestion would be that they have two meetings, so the whole sales staff is not available at the same time.
