No car for 4 days Had a 9:30 am appt for Thursday for no heat on passenger side. Couldn't get a tech to work on it til Monday. They are apparently short on techs and didn't let me know until Friday. Didn't even offer a loaner for the weekend. Good thing they kept their word that my car was first in line to be worked on Monday. I waited 3 weeks for this appt and this isn't the first time I've had to wait 3 weeks to get work done. Not my idea of good customer service. More

Rob completely exceeded expectations and somehow managed to make the entire experience seamless, painless, and rewarding. I worked with a number of other ford dealerships and Rob’s exceptional service was the tie breaker. Ford and the auto industry need more people like Rob! More

Transmission recall issue - over mileage by 5,262 miles I have had my car in for the same issue 1.5 years ago. It was a recall situation. I feel like Ford should have covered this since it was 1.5 years a I have had my car in for the same issue 1.5 years ago. It was a recall situation. I feel like Ford should have covered this since it was 1.5 years ago. I was 5,262 miles over the extented warranty for the recall (transmission on 2012 Focus). I paid 171.00 for nothing. Will never come back to Superior again. Nor will I recommend your service department again. There were other things that I spoke with the service writer about, to much to get into. BAD!!!!!!! More
