Fantastic Customer Service I went in for an oil change. When I arrived it was much busier than I anticipated. However, I was quickly offered shuttle service and was able to hit I went in for an oil change. When I arrived it was much busier than I anticipated. However, I was quickly offered shuttle service and was able to hit the gym. The gentleman, I believe his name was Jim,was fantastic company on my drive. After about an hour I got a call my car was done, but not being done at the gym, asked for another hour. They obliged and right as I was finishing, Jim pulled up and took me back.
