SCAMMERS! ! Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I just purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealership. Upon returning home, we opened ! Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I just purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealership. Upon returning home, we opened our email to review our paperwork (they don’t send a hard copy home with you). We were shocked to see they added $2736 worth of add ons/warranties to our financing. We specifically said we had no use for the Wyler care because we live 2 hours away. Guess what…they added it anyway. When they give you your up front monthly payment, just know that they are including warranties/add ons in that payment amount that they will NOT discuss with you!! Come to find out, the finance manager records all transactions and we are now meeting with our lawyer to view our transaction and prove that these prices were never revealed or discussed with us. What a NIGHTMARE. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. Oh and the Pulse light that they put on all the vehicles. They charge $899 for it (but won’t tell you that) and it’s a $30 part. Stay away from this dealership!!! More
Don't trust this place! Everything you ever thought about a car salesman/dealership is exactly true. Don't believe anything they tell you! Absolutely the worst car buyin Everything you ever thought about a car salesman/dealership is exactly true. Don't believe anything they tell you! Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I've probably bought 15 cars in my life. My wife drives out to this place on Wednesday to look at a 2022 Corolla for my son. She liked it. Talked and text with sales guy, Stew. Tell him I will run out on Wednesday if we can work it out. He says they are slammed. He tells me "he (the manager) said he will work the deal out but it would be earliest tomorrow morning to finalize. He is only Manager on duty tonight. I will text over purchase order 1st thing in the morning." We still go out. Get there at 7:15 (they close at 8:00PM). They are not absolutely slammed, there is one customer in the entire dealership and sales people sitting on their phones. We test drive the car. Send Stew another text that we want the car. Next morning he sends over order for full asking price (not what we discussed). We go back and forth and at 3:56 yesterday he says "Ok, got the $250 off and car going back to service now should be ready by tomorrow noon". "Sending over new numbers". Great we had a deal. Again, would have went right out but were told the car wasn't ready. At 8:45AM on Friday, two days after I've been trying to buy this car, I get a text that says the car sold. My wife drove to this dealership Wednesday afternoon, we both drove back while they were still open the same day but were told they were too busy to do a deal. Thursday we supposedly have a deal but can't pick up until Friday. Then the cars sold. These people are absolute xxxx. Left a message for a manager Jason Mersch (was told he was the manager but who knows). As of this post, I haven't gotten a call back and I'm sure I won't. These people don't deserve your business! Disappointed to say the least. Working with salesman for 3 days trying to buy a used car. When in the salesroom, employees were gathered in a cubicle and ignored us until I finally said something. After too much going back and forth, told us we had an agreement after literally not budging on the price (went back and forth over $250 decrease from listing price). Told we had the car last night before closing and could pick up at noon today. Got a text, not a phone call, from the salesman at 7:45 this morning saying car was sold...out from under us. Completely unprofessional and salesman like this give all car salesman a bad reputation. More
This dealership has good reviews on Google. These people have had a dramatically different experience than me apparently. They tried to screw me for 5x what my auto repair cost with another rep These people have had a dramatically different experience than me apparently. They tried to screw me for 5x what my auto repair cost with another reputable shop. They are dishonest and DO NOT answer the phone under any circumstances. I spoke with Clark who pompous and an arrogant. I would never recommend them. Please check around and if you do go there don't expect anything, but a tough time. They don't care about bad reviews. I took my car in for service on 02/16/2023, they did an oil change, rotate my tires and did factory recalls and cleaned the throttle. Why didn't the technician who rotated the tires see that my tires are d oil change, rotate my tires and did factory recalls and cleaned the throttle. Why didn't the technician who rotated the tires see that my tires are dry rotted??? the very next morning after the service I had a flat tire, I had my car towed to AAA and was told my tire had dry rotted?? why was this not detected when the tires were rotated??? What ever happened to getting people to do what they get paid to do!!! I will never refer anyone to this place for service. More
I ordered a K5 GT through the dealership and was told that since I was ordering it, there would be no ridiculous "market adjustment rate" or any other added charges. I was told that I would get the told that since I was ordering it, there would be no ridiculous "market adjustment rate" or any other added charges. I was told that I would get the car at MSRP and even did a build sheet on Kia's website, confirming the price, before tax and title. I waited almost two months and when they called me to get it, they gave me a purchase order for over $8000 above MSRP. The purchase order looked like something someone had typed on Microsoft Word and had two different lines titled "options" each for over $3000. There was no explanation as to what these "options" were on the purchase order and the best explanation the salesman offered was "mudguards." I asked him if he meant the mudguards that were $75 on Kia's website and he just kinda shrugged. Now I've noticed they add a "Wyler Family First" package for $2495, which is just some "protectant" sprayed inside and out. This seems to be a new way the dealerships are trying to make more money without calling it a "market adjustment rate." I wasn't upset so much with the charges, other than the fact that they didn't say anything about when we ordered the car. They figure they'll wait until you get in the car and you'll like it so much that you won't even care about being scammed. This is another reason why people despise car salesman almost as much as lawyers. This Jeff Wyler brags about not requiring a deposit to order a car, but that's because they'd be bound to the original agreement. I told a salesman from a different Jeff Wyler about my experience and he said never to trust a dealership who says they're ordering you a car and will not accept a deposit securing the agreed upon price. He said that it's a ploy just to get you to wait and become impatient and you'll feel obligated and/or pressured to buy it, regardless the price. It really makes no sense other than to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. I mean, even if they order a car for you and sell it at MSRP, they will still make money from the sale because they don't pay that price for the car and then they get a rebate from the manufacturer for selling it. Think about it: would they sell you a car direct from the factory at their cost? No, MSRP is not their cost, otherwise they'd be selling you the car and doing all that work for free. Nobody's doing anything for you for free. I even called Kia and asked them about the MSRP and they said that is not what the dealers pay for the car. I won't deal with this dealership because of their misleading practices that I experienced. The salesman was friendly and new, so I don't blame him as much as the sales manager, which is whom he told me did the order. The car I ordered is listed for sale on their page now for over $5000 more than they agreed to sell it to me for. More
