Philip Zito is a pro and probably writes more orders than annyone there. He is the Only person I have worked with in the 4+ years since we bought the car and the prepaid maintenance plan. Walked into SSLexus on July 9th looking to find the differences between the various RX trim lines. We had looked on-line and thought we wanted the Nori Green Pearl. Vinny Martin helped show us throug differences between the various RX trim lines. We had looked on-line and thought we wanted the Nori Green Pearl. Vinny Martin helped show us through the variations and he just happened to have the Green, although it was sold awaiting pickup. He brought it to the front and we determined that was not for us. But, there was an Iridium on display in the showroom that caught our eye. We settled on the Premium Plus package. Vinny went out and found one that was in the transportation system. We came to agreement on price and that was that. After our showroom visit, Vinny kept us informed on the transportation progress and he let us know as soon as he had it in the dealership. We spent two hours at the dealership on July 9th. We spent 2.5 hours on delivery day. Seems there could be some efficiency improvements to the delivery process to have all the paperwork ready earlier. Adam Ritzman handled all the paperwork and he answered all our questions. Great people! I look forward to future relationship with SS Lexus The only thing you could have done better was give me some golf xxxxx with SS Lexus on them and I will gladly lose them around the area golf courses as free advertising for you. We took our Lexus in for an oil change and it was the biggest ordeal in the world. First, it took a whole 12 minutes to be able to make an appointment. They needed a phone number, email address, home address, VIN number, blood type and DNA just to see if there had an open slot for an appointment. Once we set the appointment and finally made it in, it took 25 minutes to check in. AGAIN, we had to give them all the same information we had given them earlier. The oil change took over two hours and then proceeded to give us a list of recommended items to repair/replace that totaled over $8,500. Then they had the audacity to ask us why we had never taken our car in to them. Do my last 134 words explain why? More
Phil Zeto is always great shop took a long time to complete my service this time. It was a four hour wait. I understand there are always issues that arrive. Shop had my car at 8:00 am finally left d complete my service this time. It was a four hour wait. I understand there are always issues that arrive. Shop had my car at 8:00 am finally left dealership around noon. Took two hours before I was informed if additional service. Overall though Good experience except for the wait time. More
