I don't want to go up on about the others but I saw clowns, I had one dude tell me there was no reason to negotiate with me at all ...and a whole bunch of power plays making you wait No xx here, the dealership is prime.... every car coming out of here is in A++++ condition and they're still willing to work with you on price.... it was both refreshing and surprising considering other experiences.... Fred is the man, Greg REALLY knows his stuff, I had awesome conversations with others there too.... Thanks again dudes! More

Salma greeted us and we both immediately realized that Salma was just NOT your 'typical car salesperson"! Salma is completely professional and answered almost endless questions from us. Her kindness and understanding made the experience effortless. She had a way of working with us that clearly told us our needs were the priority. At no time did my husband, or I, feel that we were being sold anything. When we told Salma that we had appointments to look at other electric vehicle makers, she wished us well, encouraging us to get the information we needed to make our decision. When we left that appointment, something told me that we would be back. There was just something about Salma that was so impressive, we each knew that we wanted to work with her. We did return after looking at Tesla and Lucid. Thank you also to Brent, manager at Superstition Springs Lexus. His support of his employees promotes great customer service. When we decided to change to an electric vehicle, he also patiently answered questions, both confirming the information Salma provided and working with us to complete the purchase. Recently, we had a challenging experience when metal debris on a darkened road destroyed two tires and wheels. We had purchased insurance to address this kind of damage. Once again, grateful to Salma for telling us about this option. Her extensive knowledge of her product is impressive, but even more significant is the genuine care she has for her customers. Russ and I are grateful for the outstanding cars that have kept us safe over two decades. We began our purchase history prior to Brents management, purchasing or leasing at least seven vehicles. I can say that since his arrival, there is a clear increase in the level of service and commitment we have enjoyed. A huge thank you to Salma.
