I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again. More

I have been looking for a used 4x4 for a couple months now. I have been to many dealerships who lie to get you in and treat you like dirt once you are in. From the moment I walked into Superstition Spring now. I have been to many dealerships who lie to get you in and treat you like dirt once you are in. From the moment I walked into Superstition Springs Lexus, I felt like family. Lorenzo wasn’t pushy at all and worked hard to make sure what I was buying was exactly what I wanted. Jon, the sales manager, was friendly and answered my questions honestly. There are no hidden costs here. Missael in Finance didn’t roll his eyes when he saw I came in with my own financing, but rather treated me like a customer and walked me through everything in detail. I can’t say enough positive things about this purchase. It took me less than 4 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left with a new car. You need to buy your next car here to understand what buying a car should feel like. More
