Terrible Service The service center is terrible. I got my car washed there and they cracked my bumper. They weren't even trying to fix it at first. The manager James C The service center is terrible. Minorities Beware!!! My husband and I went in to look at a Lexus. We just came from the Mercedes dealership where we were treated very well. My husband's credit score was great, he had a solid job and was making regular payments on his previous vehicle. Well, all that didn't matter because we are African American and my husband was told that he couldn't get a Lexus because his student loans were in deferment. It didn't take us too long to figure out why we were rejected for a car and a few days later got the same car from another dealership with no problems. More
