Marc Dent spent a great deal of time with me on my selection of a 2 year old Lexus RX350. At no time did I feel rushed or pressurred. After the sale, he again spent time to acquaint me with the nume selection of a 2 year old Lexus RX350. At no time did I feel rushed or pressurred. After the sale, he again spent time to acquaint me with the numerous options present in this auto like GPS, back up camera, automatic custom adjusting seats etc. A week after purchase, they arranged for me to return so that the auto's wheels could be returned to a like new state by one of their technicians. I left the car there overnight and they supplied me with a beautiful Lexus late model sedan to drive the day it was in service. Because I am a nurse, and worked the late shift the following day, I did not return the loaner until 7:30PM. Peter Williams, sales manager, was waiting for me at the closed dealership with my RX350 cooled and ready to go. He was actually smiling! This is a dealership that believes in SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!! More
