Our service representative was the best in so many ways. He is extremely knowledgable about the Lexus products and how SSL can work with us on any of the repair problems that we have been dealing with. Our Lexus SUV is a 2024 model which has had some minor issues that have been fixed and an Air Bag recall that was also repaired and required additional completion time. Our representative made arrangements, in advance, for us to have a loaner car during the extended time our service team needed to complete the process. We were never inconvenienced in any way. A hatch door locking systems appears to still have an issue but will be taken care of in the coming months. Lexus is working on a gas tank mileage and consumption issue that we have been told will be addressed and switched out in the near future. The manor in which our Service Rep handled our concerns and management of the repairs was very professional. We look forward to working with him again when dealing with any future visits.
