We were insulted and held emotionally captive for 6 hours at this no class dealership! Dont waste your time there. They dont have the inventory but want you to sign a paper buying a car that they wont tell y at this no class dealership! Dont waste your time there. They dont have the inventory but want you to sign a paper buying a car that they wont tell you where it is or when it would be coming in,if ever! Not only does " Bo the manager" not know how to treat customers with the respect we deserve, he's just totally untrained to make a sale with any dignity. No class! Dont know how they stay in business.. The lack of interest is obvious as we were forced to sit there for 6 hours while the saleslady ran back and forth to a plastic cubical with a group of men (so called managers) eating cheetos and talking with the female employees while my husband and I had not even eaten dinner yet. It was rediculous... the owners should send this whole crew back to school or fire them and get a new bunch in that would possibly care about the business, asap! We were treated like criminals when we asked to trade our low mileage mercedes CLS55 with a 43,000 added on brabus package, in on a much lower priced highlander. It was obvious they weren't equipped mentally to deal with such a proposal so ignorantly turned to insulting and degrading our automobile and eventually us in the process in hopes of making a sale. NOT!! BO, take some classes in sales and how to treat customers....you need it! We will never go back to this shabby dealership. More
I have gone through 3 different dealerships looking for someone to help me out. My credit is not the best and I knew that going into it, other dealers just told me that I needed $5,000 and they "MAY" be ab someone to help me out. My credit is not the best and I knew that going into it, other dealers just told me that I needed $5,000 and they "MAY" be able to help me out. I was dealing with a salesman there named Nick and he was very helpful to me. I explained to him what was going on and he told me that they were going to help me out, AND THAT THEY DID!!! These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I was going to leave in a car (that I liked). Nick introduced me to the General Manager (Bo) and he made sure that everyone was doing their best to take care of me. These people really care about their customers. They have even called me after the sale to make sure that I wa happy with the car that I bought. I will tell all of my friends and family about them. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR GO SEE NICK AND BO AT TOYOTA OF HAMMOND!!! More
I did not purchase a car from this dealer and I would advise you not to waste your time dealing with them, especially on the internet. I was negotiating with them through email after requesting an onlin advise you not to waste your time dealing with them, especially on the internet. I was negotiating with them through email after requesting an online quote. I was offered a great deal from another dealer. Supreme Toyota promised to match the quote from the other dealer. I had not yet settled on a specific vehicle and was promised that the deal would be good for any of the cars they could get for me (they said they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock). On the plus side, they did show me the invoice. There was no mention of Autoguard or any other extra fee. When I asked for the out of the door price, they suddenly threw in $495 for Autoguard. I told them I didn't want it, but they refused to remove it. Even still, they were cheaper than some of the other dealers, so I still decided that I was going to buy from them. When I told them that I was ready to purchase, they said that was great and that they could get the car I wanted within a few hours and certainly by the end of the day. A couple of hours later, they told me that they could no longer get the car I wanted from the dealer that they were going to get it from. I was also told that the deal we had worked out was not good for any other vehicle. That was not the agreement that we had. I emailed the sales manager and told her that I was not happy with the situation and felt that they were being dishonest. I did not hear back from her, so a few days later, I emailed the general manager and told him the same thing and informed him that I would give negative reviews both online and in person. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard back from either manager. It seems that they do not care about honoring their deals. I would avoid them if I were you. More
Dealer did not honor trade in value from web site that they confirmed prior to arrival. Then, car that they promised would be there in the morning not delivered till 6pm that evening. Did financing throug they confirmed prior to arrival. Then, car that they promised would be there in the morning not delivered till 6pm that evening. Did financing through Toyota. Told I could have $1000 incentive or 2.95% finanacing. Took incentive but noticed all kinds of extra fees. $495 for window serial number etching, $1295 for paint sealant and so on. Car not even there yet, so how are these fees there. They agreed to take of sealant fees but said the other wasn't optional. Found out later that serial number etching kit costs $20. Very dishonest and left me feeling ripped off. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is my 4th Toyota. Had a great experience at at the other 2 locations, but this one claimed to have my car on the lot. They lied right from the start. More
