They went over everything on the car and told me that my passenger front tire was a little low on air but did not put air in it the very next day I come out to go to work in the morning and that passenger front tire was flat. My wife called there and they told here to bring the car in that afternoon. When she got there they again could not find my tire and rim warranty. But when they found it they fixed my tire. what I don’t understand is why they didn’t check my tire if it was low on air. And then I didn’t get my car washed and when I purchased the Jeep I was told that every time I bring my car for service they are going to wash my car. Just saying. More

Make sure you get the car you want Everything was great until I picked up my car. When I was ased what I wanted in the car, I said the most important things to me were that it was white Everything was great until I picked up my car. When I was ased what I wanted in the car, I said the most important things to me were that it was white, had a sunroof and Sirius Satellite Radio. I saw a model I liked, it was white, but did not have a sunroof. I was assured it had Satellite radio. I was told they could hve a sunroof installed in two days. All was good, I bought the vehicle. I picked up the car the next day. Guess what, no Satellite Radio. Went back in and told the salesman. Oh, no problem, just call Sirius and they will send you a radio that you plug in, start your subscription and we will reimburse you, no problem . We can get your sunroof installed, drop it off on Wednesdsy and it will be ready on Friday. Just come in and pick it up. Long story short, radio not free, they will see what they can do about reimbursement, radio does not just plug in, an antenna has to be attached, with wires that have to be ran tvrough the car, and it took me 4 hours on Friday to find out my sunroof wasn't done. Since I live over 50 miles from the dealer, its a good thing I called first. Obviously, you will be told whatever you want to hear so that they mske the sale. Once the papers are signed, you're on your own. Would NOT recommend this dealer! More

Vehicle recall Dropped off the truck the day prior . Received a call at 0700 saying they have it and will contact me when it’s ready. New car purchase My wife and I first went to suresky 2 years ago to buy a new car after her car was struck by a falling tree. We were up against a hard deadline..we wo My wife and I first went to suresky 2 years ago to buy a new car after her car was struck by a falling tree. We were up against a hard deadline..we worked with John L who was FANTASTIC!! No bs , no games ..straight forward get it done Fast forward 2 years and we were looking to trade my Santa Fe in and downsize to smaller car..again, we worked with John L and all was smooth until we got to the finance dept. we were quoted one payment upstairs and when we got downstairs the payment was almost $30 MORE a month..the finance guy Carlos said that was what the bank worked out. I told him that was a load of crap as we were quoted a lower payment upstairs....I got up to walk out as I don’t play games ...he stopped me by the door and said he would call the bank back..20 seconds later and guess what? We got the payment we were originally quoted...he apologized and said it was a misunderstanding...yeah right....I went upstairs and told John L and the Service Manager I don’t enjoy playing games..they also apologized ...I don’t blame them...and maybe it was a mistake...but after almost 3 hours of waiting to get this done..it wasn’t appreciated More
