After several calls to Suresky Genesis, I was able to speak to someone for an appt to give my GenesisG80 it’s 35,000 mile service at 8:15am on Sept 21. I got on line behind 4or 5 cars. I waited for about 20 min and someone came over to say it would be a few more minutes. All the while a flashing sign was asking those on line if we waited for more than 2 min. The service person that did arrive was attentive and Helpful in making the service arrangements. The waiting area at the Dealer is very small and not very inviting. They did take me over, at my request, to a local diner. My friend took me back when my car was ready. I paid my bill and went to my car which was unwashed. I complained to the cashier snd she said “we don’t do that anymore.”She said to speak to my service person. She saw to it that my car was washed and cleaned. Bottom line. The service at this dealership is not compatible with the high quality of service I expect as a Genesis owner.It’s too busy servicing other makes of cars along with Genesis. I bought my car at Lehman GenesisIn Florida. This is also a mixed dealership, but better organized. I love my car but not the attention my previous Lexus and I were afforded. No complaints with my Service intake person. She did all she could. , More
