Made appointment , when I called 3 hours after my appt time. I was told the appointment I made was just to check vehicle in the system not to be diagnosed. When asked if vehicle would be diagnosed I was time. I was told the appointment I made was just to check vehicle in the system not to be diagnosed. When asked if vehicle would be diagnosed I was told “I hope so”. After a few hours I was contacted back and informed that the vehicle was fixed. I picked up next day after paying $163.00. I drove vehicle from lot with same issue. Which was vehicle would violently pull to right if the wheel was not steadily held. I immediately returned the vehicle and After a test ride with mechanic I was told it’s a common problem with all rams 2500 and above which is not repairable. I was told to contact Chrysler and to not take my hands of the wheel to avoid the issue. More
