I have been going to Sureski for service on my Ram 2500 Laramie Me Cab for about 4 yrs now. The service dept is always so helpful and nice weather I call on the phone or Just stop in to see about booking Laramie Me Cab for about 4 yrs now. Recently I stopped on during the work week one day I got out earlier and was close to be over do on my oil. So I stopped in to see Ashley D. I have interacted with Ashley many times so I make it point to look for her or ask for her if I call the service dept. She is a real joy to chat with and is a real genuine down to earth pretty young lady. Always trying to do her best to help me out with service or recalls in the past . She was able to fit me while I waited was there for just over a hour and everything I needed done was completed by the service shop. Again she was able to get my truck into the shop last minute. The service staff working on my truck are top notch just wanted to point that out. I use my truck for ems and fire. and I work in health care I do my best to keep on top of my services and I feel at ease bringing my truck to this dealership for service and loo forward to seeing certain staff while I am there. Job Well Done Again I say :) More
