Surprise Ford salesman (Xavier) and sales manager were very respectful and helped me to understand my unique situation. Since I was trading a leased vehicle they were hamstrung for quite a long by the dea very respectful and helped me to understand my unique situation. Since I was trading a leased vehicle they were hamstrung for quite a long by the dealer I bought the car from, so the process took forever. Financing was a hard sell, but I survived.
