With regards to being offered a multipoint inspection it was never communicated or brought to my attention! I THINK THATS CALLED COMMUNICATION ! It seems like there is a major lack of communication. Also along with the lack of communication there was no mention of a leak. Had it been brought to my attention , i would have of addressed the issue at that time. Having worked in the automotive industry for 24yrs,I'm very well aware of the importance of maintenance, with regards to the care of my car. YOU CAN MAKE UP ALL THE EXCUSES YOU WANT but definitely there was negligence with regards to the service that was provided. LINCOLN REMAINS BROKEN

Indeed anything to protect there own reputation and CYA, however there was no great measures or discussions stating or brought to my attention regarding leaks, clearly never had a problem going in an having my oil change due to the confidence in the long term service writers there before i always had quality service but I get it due to the high turn over rate there @SURPRISE FORD how many more customers are going to have to experience this inexperience quality of service you provide that comes with a Hefty ticket $$$!

Be careful here , double check your vehicle if having it serviced here . it is a shame when your trust is broken due to the lack of intelligence on the behalf of the staff and technician no accountability here at this place and a very costly mistake! Yet nothing resolved ! Mr. tough guy service director reaches out to me today and doesn't even give a name also mentions the fact he thought I must have been there a day or two ago and they were getting on him to call me back to resolve my matter of a water pump leaking due to over looking it during last oil change visit, Let me you tell you the intelligence level here is getting better NOT! Starts buy saying yeah yeah I can help you out with that I can you get you a gm employee discount along with good guy discount ( Say what WOW) But does mention it has been 4months sense your last oil change , then the be rating and belittling starts had to end the conversation there , goes to show you any half wit can go and slap a resume together and get a job! If your expectations is to get quality service and receive expert advice here THINK AGAIN!

"Worse Service Department Ever! Brought my 2014 Lincoln..."

Worse Service Department Ever! Brought my 2014 Lincoln Mks in for regular routine maintenance and regular oil change, and after visit was told all is well, after a couple day's gone bye noticed temperature light came on and after bringing it in to a well known valley wide reputable Dealership and qualified technician for a second look and discovered a small leak the size of a pin hole down by the water pump located inside the motor which requires 12 -15 hrs in labor . Also noticed the old oil filter on the car was not replace which led to checking the oil and wouldn't you know it the oil was very dirty and black never changed. Things over looked and not brought to the customer attention are very costly being charged $61 for an oil change which was never done ended up being a $2300 water pump repair quote failure to communicate! Thumbs up Surprise Ford way to go! Beware!

In the beginning, I had an issue with the panoramic sunroof on my 2017 Ford Edge (sunroof cracked) and I needed to get it replaced. I knew the glass needed to be special ordered and that was handled quickly through the dealership by Dave Greathouse, the service advisor. When the glass arrived, Dave scheduled an appointment to drop off the vehicle to have the glass installed. Later, I was told by Dave that this was to drop the vehicle off to get in line for repair and not an actual repair appointment. Dave failed to mention this to me when the drop off was scheduled and when I dropped off the vehicle. I never had a dealership schedule a drop off with the intent of not completing minor repairs that day. My expectations were that the glass was to be installed that day. When I phoned Dave at 3:22 pm, he had not heard back and would check on it. He called and informed me that the shop had not even begun the work and would not get to it until late the next day. I was upset as I had plans and needed the car. Dave said he could release the car but that I would need to start process all over again. I had already ordered the part (over $1,000), given a credit card to secure payment etc. and now, to me, it seemed I was being taken advantaged and was trapped. Comments from Dave that “It is what it is” seemed to confirm the only thing to do was to go ahead and leave the vehicle, order Lyft rides for the evening ($59 cost) and just wait to get my vehicle back the next day. It did take until the end of the next day to get the vehicle back. If your repair department knew when the service would be completed, then that is when you would drop it off. Still confused why you need to store my vehicle for a day before working on it. On the final bill, it mentions that there was a complimentary vehicle inspection - never got a copy nor any mention about the outstanding Ford recalls, but I was charged $4.13 bio treatment. Appears I am a health risk but no one in the dealership is a health risk as the service advisory crew were not wearing masks. (sign on the door only suggests that masks be worn). Also charged $35.99 for shop supplies. Not sure what supplies were consumed as they were taking out and installing a piece of glass. Guess they charged for the glass cleaner.
