I came across Surprise Ford, I put the information as to the type of vehicle we were looking for and the representative Dan sent me an e-mail and was able to help from the moment on. I did get two other quotes from dealerships as well, but it all came down to the price and the inclusive options that were on the vehicle and of course the price was a factor. Oil change was fine but expensive and no shuttle The oil change took a couple of hours and the price went from $85, that I signed for... to out the door at $103. I eaited an hour for the shuttle ser The oil change took a couple of hours and the price went from $85, that I signed for... to out the door at $103. I eaited an hour for the shuttle service... nothing. Finally the manager drove me back to work in his personal vehicle. When they were done with the oil change, I was notified. But, no shuttle service to pick me up. I waited almost 2 hrs. Then I had to find a ride to get my Explorer. The free shuttle is a joke. Costs is unknown and not held to up front quote. Not going back. More
