Brought in my vehicle on my appointment day and was told it would be at least at least 6 days before it would be diagnosed . When I ask about this the service person told me I could leave it or not . After a week I called and asked about the progress. I was promised a call within an hour but it never came. The next day I called again and was ridiculed and was told when he had news he would call. At that point I promised myself never to visit your dealership again . 2 days later I got a call my vehicle was done . When I picked it up I asked what was done and the service person pushed the papers across the table and told me read it . I said I’m not a computer expert but would like someone to explain what went wrong. The service person rolled his eyes as a young gentleman standing close tried to explain. This person was pleasant but obviously did not understand EV’s . When asked to speak with the mechanic I was told he just left for the day. Very unpleasant experience. I know people get busy but being treated like an afterthought is so off putting. With so many other ford dealerships in the area this policy is a losing strategy. More

Had vehicle for two months told them what the problem was and they took forever fixing the problem that was specifically told to them racking our bill up to 2,404.40 they could have fixed the problem within and they took forever fixing the problem that was specifically told to them racking our bill up to 2,404.40 they could have fixed the problem within a couple days compared to a couple months completely ridiculous!!
