I always choose a new service representative when I take my 2022 Maverick in for service. So far everyone of them have been polite and professional. I just completed my 15,000 mile service as well as severa my 2022 Maverick in for service. So far everyone of them have been polite and professional. I just completed my 15,000 mile service as well as several software recalls using another new service representative. He name is Jesus Ramos, he greeted me politely, double checked what I was there for, and didn’t try and pressure me into anything else product or otherwise. I appreciated that. Lasted he said he would try and have everything done by the end of the day. At 430 PM he called and said all the work is done come pick up your Truck. Simple and efficient, that’s the way it should be. I won’t hesitate to use Suprise Ford for my service needs in the future More

Took my car in for a diagnostics on the transmission for a problem that was originally caused when they designed the car. They quoted me a price of $9,000 to replace the entire transmission and in return I a problem that was originally caused when they designed the car. They quoted me a price of $9,000 to replace the entire transmission and in return I fixed the car myself for $35. Ford mechanics are the worst anymore. There was a time I used to swear by for it as being a good product. Anymore everybody I know has had nothing but problems with Ford and the cars are junk I would not recommend their service department for any reason. More
