I walked in there and wasn’t sure which service adviser I should use. I waited while Evan was on the phone as he seemed best fit to help me. I was right and he was amazing. DO NOT BUY , DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP I live 200 miles out of town. Came to see the truck, made an offer on the truck . Worked out the details of the offer over the next day. I committed to the de miles out of town. Came to see the truck, made an offer on the truck . Worked out the details of the offer over the next day. I committed to the deal offered to send a deposit and was told no need. Scheduled with the salesman to return the next day to purchase. I was half way there with cashier check in hand . They called on my way and told me they sold the truck to someone else. Probably for more money… so screwed me instead keeping their word. They are dishonest and have NO ethics!!! They flat lied to me! Will NEVER return to this dealership . NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP to ANYONE! Their shady dealings are a black mark on the FORD name! I have bought 20 cars in my life and never had this bad of dealings with any dealership! More
