This reminded me of a bad restaurant that when you walk into, you are the only one there!! That was my experience. I first tried to email and hash out details that way and possibly have the car deliver into, you are the only one there!! That was my experience. I first tried to email and hash out details that way and possibly have the car delivered. I couldnt get them to reply. I thought they may have been really busy since it was the last day of the month. NOPE! That was not the case. Crappy dealership that does not want business. I was looking to buy a Lincoln. Rude, unmodivated, unprofessional, cocky young sales kid. Drove 53 miles one way to dealership prepared and prequalified hoping to drive home in the car I had looked for online. They were unwilling to even counter my offer. Said they could not do it. Sales kid said the price is the price! So... I left. I will go to Sanderson Ford...... again (for my 3rd Lincoln purchase). They know how to treat and value potential customers and they know how to sell. Surprise Ford should send their employees to Sanderson Ford/Lincoln to be trained. Terrible experience, Terrible service. Their bad manners, terrible service, and unwillingness to even work with me earned them another ONE STAR NEGATIVE RATING to add to their collection! CONGRATULATIONS!! More
I would highly recommend staying far from Surprise Ford. JOSH Kemp in parts and service is a horrible individual to deal with refuses to have any form of respect for customers. Surprise ford agreed to repla JOSH Kemp in parts and service is a horrible individual to deal with refuses to have any form of respect for customers. Surprise ford agreed to replace the tires on a used ram 2500 purchased from them. First try Josh ordered 8 year old discount tires. I did not accept these he then ordered other set that now have 3000 miles on them no towing and the tires have severe junking and are a major safety issue. Josh thinks I should pay out of pocket for new tires paying for 3/4 tires based on email from Toyo. This is not going to happen, before this the finance department and Ron Sedakis Igney my truck up for a new truck mpp extended warranty which was rejected as its used. He then tried to commit fraud charging me the same amount for a 40k less miles and 2 less year warranty which was conferred wrong price if by their sister store Peoria Ford. Please spend your hard earned money else where. Will edit once they get their act together. I have high hopes for their store and GM Pezh. More
This dealership went above and beyond to drive a used vehicle to my home some 30 miles away for a test drive. Especially want to thank Tyler, a young salesman who was approachable, professional and court vehicle to my home some 30 miles away for a test drive. Spent over six hours working on a deal on this beautiful F150. After signing the paperwork and going out to transfer all of my stuff in it I noticed some rust while putting my hitch in the receiver so I loo F150. After signing the paperwork and going out to transfer all of my stuff in it I noticed some rust while putting my hitch in the receiver so I looked underneath the truck and I was horrified at what I saw.. the underneath of this truck was completely rusted.. and mud packed in every crevice.. A 2 year old truck looked worse than a 20-30 year old truck.. This vehicle had clearly been flood damaged and should have been salvaged.. Yet they were going to sell it to me at $2k over KBB blue book... Stay away from this place!!! Not one single apology, just “No worries, we will cancel all of your paperwork” xxx?!? It was like they knew they had been busted 😡🤬 More
Not Recommended Went in to look at potential used trucks to trade my SUV for and met with a salesmen and told him what i was looking for and what my budget was. I was Went in to look at potential used trucks to trade my SUV for and met with a salesmen and told him what i was looking for and what my budget was. I was told they had some trucks that would work and the only one they showed me was a brand new 50k f150 that they kept trying to pressure me into buying and when i tried to leave i watched as they attempted to hide my keys from me and tell me someone else had them to look at the trade in value. I will never do business with them I don't recommend anyone conduct business with them either. More
I was appalled to find when I visited this dealership that claims to serve their clients with integrity, during this pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask, there was no social distancing or disinf that claims to serve their clients with integrity, during this pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask, there was no social distancing or disinfectant hand sanitizer for the guest, nor was there any barriers to protect the employer and guest. I drove from Ca to Suprise with my trade in. I purchased a 2020 Raptor. I made the offer and they took my trade without being seen. Took me 4.5 hours to get there and an hour to sign and out the door. It wa a 2020 Raptor. I made the offer and they took my trade without being seen. Dealership Immediately Went Back On Trade Offer Today I expressed interest in a vehicle at Surprise Ford. I wanted to get a deal ironed out via text prior to driving to Surprise to look at/purchase Today I expressed interest in a vehicle at Surprise Ford. I wanted to get a deal ironed out via text prior to driving to Surprise to look at/purchase the vehicle. I informed the sales associate (Dan) that I had a trade vehicle with body damage and he immediately informed me that they would pay my trade off completely (owed $6,600). He informed they would do $309 a month for 72 months with $0 down. I arrived to the dealership and the sales associate called me by the wrong name after just texting with them and sending them my license and insurance. I test drove the vehicle and enjoyed it. As soon as we sat down the sales associate was pushing the finance application in my face to run credit. I asked if everything was set with my trade and the terms we had agreed upon. The sales associate said they would have to review my trade and approve the trade-in value still. He then went to review my trade after already offering me a full pay off with the previous transparency that my trade had body damage. The sales advocate never returned. Instead I got a sales manager informing that they were trying to figure out all the numbers with the trade included. The sales manager then informed that the original deal was $309 for 72 months but me paying all of my sales tax up front ($1,500). Essentially they were trying to dupe me into paying a $1,500 down payment to cover the difference in trade to cover damage that needed repairs. I informed the sales manager that I informed the sales associate ahead of time that my vehicle had body damage and they still offered the full pay off. He looked kind of stunned and immediately went to see if the sales associate would take the hit for his mistake. The sales associate came back with my trade in keys shortly after without even saying so much as a "sorry" for the situation. I asked to speak with the GM. The GM eventually came by. All I wanted to do was explain my situation and see if they could honor the deal that I was offered. The GM had a hard time letting me tell my situation without interrupting about the trade numbers coming from their end. I informed the GM that I am aware my vehicle has damage that needs repairs and that that affects the overall value of the vehicle. The issue was that the original sales associate offered the full pay off when they knew the vehicle had damages. I informed I would have sent images of my trade ahead of time if asked for by the sales associate for a better trade appraisal but they instantly said they would pay my trade off. Again, the GM was only focused on the numbers and not the situation. The GM put two offers in front of me that were nowhere near the agreed terms. The GM kept saying they were discounting the new car to make up for the trade but the cost of the new vehicle was the exact price listed online. Essentially the GM said I would need to put a down payment to cover the trade damage. It was pretty clear that they weren't going to do anything at this point to make up for their mistake. I was hoping that bare minimum they would admit that they made a mistake on their end by offering a full payoff without seeing the trade and that we could not reach the original deal terms. This experience ensured that I will never be returning to Surprise Ford and I encourage all others to stay away as well or at least be as mindful as you can be so they don't take advantage of you. Thank you if you stuck around to read this experience. More

Went and test drove a used truck and had an amazing experience with Patrick. Very patient, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained all the details of the truck and had great follow up. I decided I would dr experience with Patrick. Very patient, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained all the details of the truck and had great follow up. I decided I would drive my family from Scottsdale to Surprise one night after daily phone calls from the dealership to confirm my appointment to come by the truck. I called and spoke with Sunny to let him know I was coming with my kids and to notify Patrick. After driving an hour to get there, I was then notified that the truck I was there to buy was sold earlier that day. I wish they had been up front about it when they called me before I wasted all that time. I understand they wanted me to come anyways with hopes of buying a different truck but honesty would have gone alot further. I got up and left. They've lost my business, and respect. I know now why they have a 2.9 rating out of 5. More
