However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we met with Patrick the salesperson and John, one of the sales managers. They made an offer that we could not refuse, and we drove off about 90 minutes later with our new vehicle. There was no high-pressure (in my mind, and I've purchased many vehicles), and both my wife and I left feeling very good about this purchase. I highly recommend Surprise Ford! More

still waiting for a response A month ago I took my f150 eco boost into surprise ford because it was not running right. I was told it needed new spark plugs and a new coil, so afte A month ago I took my f150 eco boost into surprise ford because it was not running right. I was told it needed new spark plugs and a new coil, so after some negotiations I had them do it. I picked my vehicle up and noticed a slight pull to the right all of sudden that wasn't there but I chalked it up to possibly I just didn't notice it before. Then I noticed my fuel mileage was getting worse, it should have gotten better. It went from approx. 14.5 mpg to 11.5mpg. I was getting ready to take it back to ford to see why this was happening, and reason it took so long is I very rarely drive this truck so it took me a couple hundred miles to notice it. Anyhow, I went to the carwash on Saturday evening and on my way home low and behold, out of know where it makes a pop in the engine when I accelerate, causing a fire with my 8 year old son in the truck with me. I pull over and the truck is leaking oil everywhere and on fire. After the fire went out it was towed back to surprise ford. It is now wednesday, 3 days of service being open, and all I know is there is a hole in my engine but not sure what caused it, which is the info I got yesterday. I was also told that even though they don't know what caused it, it couldn't be related to what they just did and that it was probably a rod that got thrown. If a rod gets thrown it makes a tapping noise first, its not an all of a sudden thing, and I dont think it would continue to drive after wards, yet I still drove over a mile and only pulled over and stopped because I was told my truck was on fire. Anyhow, still waiting for something, Im sure they are trying to figure out how to get out of this. More

I'm done I've been dealing with these guys since they opened. Bought 1 new car and have given them 100% of my business on 2 Fords. In the beginning I thought t I've been dealing with these guys since they opened. Bought 1 new car and have given them 100% of my business on 2 Fords. In the beginning I thought they were pretty good, but it's been a long downhill slide since. I meet all new service personnel every month. I've not dealt with the same person twice in 2 years. After 10's of thousands spent, to get an overpriced oil change (that takes minimum 2 hours) I'm asked twice, "have you been here before?" Has this vehicle ever been here for service?" 4times they've screwed up the little sticker that reminds me when my next oil change is due. I've lost all confidence. More
