Bad Experience/Unhappy Person Received contest in mail that I won. Called to make an appointment. I my appointment I said I am not here to BUY A CAR, BUT FOR THE CONTEST ONLY. Had Received contest in mail that I won. Called to make an appointment. I my appointment I said I am not here to BUY A CAR, BUT FOR THE CONTEST ONLY. Had to take a test drive which I did. In over 1 hour I told my salesman 15 TIMES THAT I AM NOT HERE TO BUY A CAR THAT I AM HERE FOR THE CONTEST ONLY! THE DEALER WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE 3 PRISES. . ON MY WAY OUT I WAS GIVEN A SCRATCH-OFF, NO PRISE, JOKE AND NO WINNER. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CONTEST. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR OR VISIT THIS DEALER EVER, I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE THAT THEY DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOU SAY. More

If the Zytec was applied it was done so over road grime and dead bugs. I washed it but I live and hour from your store. Everything picked up was sealed in. On to Oil Chasnge.I plan to call to see if i can get the 3 year setup refunded or if I can go elsewhere I will not be back. Asked what type of oil. Synthetic, a blend, or plain. Service guys only statement to every question was it's whatever Ford states to put in your Truck. How much oil does my truck take? However much Ford says it takes. He's sitting behind a computer and still could not answer a single question asked. Very Worthless! Whatever Ford States is a pathetic LAZY answer. When I got into my truck I looked at tthe tire pressure and 2 tires were 5 off from the otyher 2. Checked with pressure gauge. Off by 5 as truck stated. I took care if it. Your people do not check and verify anything. Multipoint inspection was completed but I was not allowed a copy or tyo see it. So what is the point of a check of all fluids, tires, filters, ECT if I do not get a copy letting me know what shape my truck is in. I got one the last time I was there. When I got my truck over 5 hours later i asked again about oil type asnd amount. He handed me a receipt filled with Ford gibberish. The oil used is a code meaning nothing. He could not explain anything or would not. How much oil. Its on ther paper. Where? He could not showe me. What about my tires? Stayes rotated. Asked about wear issues. He has no idea its on the mutipoint inspection sheet. OH THE ONE I DO NOT GET A COPY OF! I did ask. Got ignored as he walked out to find my truck he stated was out front. Turns out it was still in the back. I have no intention of returning horrid service will be stating this everywhere I can. More

If you're a masochist run, don't walk to this circus and enjoy the jerkin' around they are pros at administering. You can sit there and ask that they don't waste your time to no avail. For myself it was early afternoon and I was already chiding them with comments "Look, I didn't come here to order breakfast." meaning I wasn't planning on spending the rest of the day and night while they did their BS gyrations. Ruben was the head clown with his minions Jake and Johnny O faithfully following the senior clown's antics in a very well choreographed demonstration of "We think the customer is stupid and desperate to buy a car." The high point of the day came later on when shortly after sealing the deal on a car elsewhere I get a text from this "Clown Extravaganza" asking "Can you stop by later on this afternoon?" to which I replied "Sure, in my brand new 2017 Mustang Convertible!" Unethical Behavior I do not recommend buying from this dealer! Buyer beware! I have been to many dealerships over the past few weeks. While most dealerships are goin I do not recommend buying from this dealer! Buyer beware! I have been to many dealerships over the past few weeks. While most dealerships are going to try to take as much money as they can from you, this dealership does it in an unethical way. I went in last Sunday and they first quoted me a price that was way higher than the advertised internet price I originally inquired on. This is your typical bait and switch here, beware. After spending 3 hours of my day off here I had agreed on a firm out the door price. I let them know that I just had to approve it with my wife who was out of town. Upon returning in town my wife came in with me and we spent another 3 hours just to have them tell me that the best they can do is $3,000 higher than the price they quoted me on the previous week and they 'lost' the prior agreement! This dealership has terrible morals and should be punished for this unethical behavior. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Liars, lazy, lizards! I barely know where to start. None of this staff, nor the general manager have any integrity! They only want to move a car by ripping you off the minu I barely know where to start. None of this staff, nor the general manager have any integrity! They only want to move a car by ripping you off the minute you arrive! They don't take potential buyers seriously. They promised us things they never delivered. They don't care about their customers at all! I am considering a complaint to the manufacturer regarding the way we were treated! The Goodyear Rodeo Ford was fabulous! I highly suggest you travel their to purchase your vehicle! Buyers today are more savvy than those lizards think! More
Same ol' Bait and Switch Scam, nothing new here Did you see the Surprise ad for your car? $2000 savings/rebate off MSRP giving you the lowest price advertised. Then $750 off for Loyalty Offer and an Did you see the Surprise ad for your car? $2000 savings/rebate off MSRP giving you the lowest price advertised. Then $750 off for Loyalty Offer and another $500 off for Trade Group Offer or College Student Discount. Call ahead and ask if it has any Dealer Adds (add-ons). Get them to send you a copy of the completed contract for the EXACT price your car was advertised BEFORE you go. If you’re naïie (stupid) like me you’ll visit the dealer. I saw $23,572 go to $31,000 on the first Quote Sheet (it lists all costs including taxes). That’s over $5000 in dealer adds and tax for those adds. Scam, first clue: I saw green valve stems indicating nitrogen filled tires as I approached the car. Dealers don’t give that away for free. Second clue, over 900 miles on odometer (I missed that one) for a new car. High miles on the car indicates it wasn’t selling well, thus the 'low' price to move it. Dealer add-ons: ('they just can't be removed') SkyLink, Tinted windows, pin striping, door guards, protective paint coat, nitrogen tires, wheel lock lug nuts and a spoiler. What no fabric protection? They're not very detail oriented. Had I asked about add-ons I would never have gone there. I got a call from the Customer Relations Manager when they received my feed back from Ford Motor Co. She wanted to know what could be done to change my opinion. Honoring the advertised price was not an option for them. I stated (not argued) that the first Quote Sheet was outrageous and the succeeding ones weren't much better. She argued they were legal documents. I pointed out (not argued) that doesn't change the fact the advertised price was not Honored. She had more to say. I just asked for the advertised price. Polite good-bye on both sides. More
Pad the bill by thousands This dealership likes to add extras that I did not want like skylink, they said it could not be removed. They wanted to. Barge me 1190.00 dollars for This dealership likes to add extras that I did not want like skylink, they said it could not be removed. They wanted to. Barge me 1190.00 dollars for it but since I did not want it they were only going to charge me 290.00 there cost and I still did not want it. They automatically padded the cost of 3200 dollars for there MPP product, which is extra warranty. I did not notice it for two weeks then I called them around May 24th to cancel it after a brief encounter I managed to have papers signed a canceling it as of Friday on seven July it still has not been canceled almost six weeks from signing the document, there excuse was it takes awhile to get it to corporate headquarters in our fast paced computer run world and he said by Wednesday it should all be taken care of. They also did the same thing on a previous vehicle I purchased 15 months earlier. The vehicle had a cost of a little over forty two thousand dollars when they were done with all there add ons the vehicle cost over fifty three thousand dollars. They pad the bill horribly and fast talk you so you don't have a chance to really lol over the sales receipt. Buyers be aware fast talkers and way to many add ons without you asking or wanting. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Lack of knowledge in product , salesman very unprofessional. Go in too see a specific vehicle . This salesman brings 2 wrong models , when I told him exactly what I was looking for. He guessed on what he did not know. When it came down to Numbers. He started me at msrp, then on the second proposal he brings 84 month proposals after clearly telling him I wouldn't do that. Finally I ask him the horsepower on vehicle and he tells me "well why don't you drive it again" I deny doing that and he starts to google the horsepower for a mustang that's something you must know for a sport car. He then tells me it really is not that important, and product knowledge is not important, most customers don't ask questions like how much horsepower is in a mustang , smh. A joke ( This Rep also tells me he sells 30 cars every month, be honest man no one likes a liar) More

They could no Saw a truck I was interested in. Went in to inquire about price. Was asked many questions even though this was to be a cash transaction. They could not come down on veh, Was going to look at a less expensive model. Stated price I wanted to pay and was told by sales rep Jay that he did not want to put miles on his truck for 50k I later went home and was looking on line. The same dealership called, When I answered, the person on the other side just listened, and after several minutes, hung up. I called back and spoke to a "manager" .He apologize and asked if he could do an aggressive search for the truck I was looking for, I agreed. Five minutes later I get a text from the dealer. I inquire if this was John., the manager. Here is the response I received; "if it was would you get down here as fast as you can so I could give you the best deal in the world?" I called the dealer back and asked for the manager. I explained what happened and stated if this is how they conduct business, I would take mine elsewhere. He hung up on me. I would be embarrassed if my staff treated customers the way I was treated.! More
Do not pass on other peoples income... Very simply, a horrible, unprofessional experience. Looked at a used truck on the lot. Very nice, very low miles for a 2015 Talked to a young sales person. He was fine just doing his job. The price was 6 to 7 thousand over other exact trucks and a year older, that I have been looking at from other dealers. Ram Dealers. The kids boss, sales manager, whoever, comes out and begins to tell me why the price is so high and it is a 1 out of 5 on some BS scale they have. I really don't care. I am an informed buyer who knows the product and the market for that specific truck. He then goes on to tell me the individual who traded it in was a doctor of some sort, made over $300,000 a year, blah blah blah. WHY, do I need to know how much money the individual who traded the truck in made annually?? What on earth does that have to do with my decision to purchase that truck. And, why would he tell me that?? Im sure the individual who traded it in wouldn't want his income communicated. Most unprofessional sellking experience I've seen.. More
