I called today to get an oil change and inquired about using said Susk So you sold me a Chevy Tahoe at the end of 2017 with the Suski Bucks inventive. I called today to get an oil change and inquired about using said Suski Bucks. I was told that program is no longer as an apparent email went out stating it would end at the end of last year and customers had till end of year to use any balance? Never received an email (pretty poor way to communicate something like that). So when I asked why you are just pulling monies that where contractually given to me at the purchase of a vehicle, was told the fine print says it can be pulled at any time. Pretty upset by this and the way it was handled and communicated. Will NEVER purchase from you again and will certainly be spreading the word of how awful your business model is. More

William Blitz II, AKA Billy, I just call him (The Weasel) screwed me over on a purchase with the full support of his general manager. They put on the act as the good old small-town dealership, but they will put the screws to you in every way possible if not careful especially “Billy the weasel”. He swore up and down that everything was absolutely excellent on it, no scratched and no repainting and no surprised. To find out it was repainted and multiple major scratched all around. Avoid this dealership at all cost, if forced to buy there for some odd reason, be sure to at least avoid “Billy the weasel”. More

Overall very disappointing Service was okay. Couldn’t do what my Car needed. I had a warranty and they changed it after I had to get something fixed. Very poor customer service Service was okay.
