During my search looking for a very specific preowned car, I came across one at Susquehanna Auto. I called that day and informed them I lived almost two hours away and have had several terrible purchasing attempts in recent weeks at other stores. They assured me they would work with me to get a fair deal, not waste my time and they exceeded that. I got the car at the price I needed, a fair value for my trade and my salesman Jude was the nicest, most kind sales person I've ever come in contact with. Great Help in finding truck in my price range Jeff Wanna was the salesman who approached me the first time I was on the lot. He didn't come out right away which was nice. Like having time to look around without getting harassed like some sales people do. When he did approach myself and one of my sons (8 yrs old) he was sure to acknowledge my son as well. He asked few questions and answered a few of mine then gave me his card and allowed me to continue looking. After a few days and lots of research later I returned to the lot to talk with Jeff and see what we could do in my price range. He did an amazing job getting what I needed and in my price range. Very good communication even when I wasn't on the lot via email and text. He went well above and beyond what I would expect. The rest of the sales/business staff did a great job as well to do what it took to get me a new truck. Jeff is by far a terrific salesman to work with and great new friend I will have for a very long time I hope. More

Pleasurable and Courteous I initially walked into the dealership fairly close to closing time with the intention of just asking a few general questions about the vehicle I was I initially walked into the dealership fairly close to closing time with the intention of just asking a few general questions about the vehicle I was interested in, understanding it was a weekend and the employees would appreciate going home to get their weekend started. However, Angel not only answered my questions, he allowed me to test drive the vehicle, after which we had more discussion about the vehicle. Obviously, it was past closing time, but I was given all the time and attention I wanted. Not once did I feel "pushed" into making a decision by Angel and I was treated with courtesy and respect. Angel was extremely detailed in showing me the features of the vehicle and allowed me to ask questions as we went along so he was certain I understood.
