When I picked up the car all the paperwork was ready and took no time to finish. Pam gave a very detailed overview of all the bells and whistles on the car. Then one of the other salesmen, who also has a Sebring convertible, came out to give me some pointers on the convertible top. I had a follow-up call from Pam a couple of days after I took possession of the car to make sure everything was going well. It was such a pleasant experience all around.
