The manager in fact was quite nice, but the interest rate was well outside the market rate and required a negotiation to complete the purchase. Very easy to deal with from the salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager. Then, four days later, we found a sizeable ding at the roof line. Even though there was no way to determine if it happened before or after we picked it up, the dealer fixed the dent at their body shop at their expense. Sussex Honda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And the CRV is a dream. More

Almost a three hour wait for an oil change and rotation. We brought our daughter's 2006 Honda Civic for an oil change and tire rotation to this dealership. Since we reside in Sussex County we decided to onc We brought our daughter's 2006 Honda Civic for an oil change and tire rotation to this dealership. Since we reside in Sussex County we decided to once again try the dealership's service dept. Today; my wife had a very uncomfortable experience. A simple oil change and tire rotation resulted in a 2 1/2 hour wait and they suggested to change the cabin filter. We granted permission to change the cabin filter but to our surprise they also replaced the air filter which amounted to approx. $120 for two filters & labor. Labor itself was $62.04..I replaced the air filter myself three months ago/$3,000 miles which took me less than a minute. They did not have the courtesy to show my wife the filters to be replaced as is other dealerships practice. The total bill for an oil change, tire rotation, two filters and wiper replacements came to almost $200. My wife was very stressed with this experience and we will no longer use this dealership's service dept. I strongly suggest that they attempt to further train their service dept employees the basics of customer service. More
