Bald tires! They sold me a used car with the tires completely bald! Tires were already worn into the wear indicators. It was late and i drove over an hour and a They sold me a used car with the tires completely bald! Tires were already worn into the wear indicators. It was late and i drove over an hour and a half to get there. So it was too late for me to not take the car. I called the next day to explain about the tires. No one called me back. I called another day and spoke to someone else. No call back. Called again and spoke tk the manager. No call back. Eventually called again and was told the car was as is. Tires are not legally safe. Not happy More

Outstanding Returned expiring leased 2015 Civic and swapped into a new 2017 Civic. Chris not only put me in an upgraded model Civic but worked to keep the lease Returned expiring leased 2015 Civic and swapped into a new 2017 Civic. Chris not only put me in an upgraded model Civic but worked to keep the lease amount within a mere few dollars of old lease. Exceptional! He also took immediate care of a minor ding issue with the new car's finish - again exceptional customer care and service. Exceptional service on a 2016 visit to this dealership and Chris prompted me to return upon the lease expiration of the 2015. Highly recommend Sussex Honda and Chris !!!! More
