Sussex Honda

I leased a Honda CRV on Feb 4, 2014 and worked directly with Ryan Forbeck. Ryan was so attentive and very honest with me. Honesty and integrity are how I live my life and so happy such a young man exhibi with Ryan Forbeck. Ryan was so attentive and very honest with me. Approximately a week later Ryan contacted me regarding a 2000 Honda Accord for sale. There were some "glitches" with that deal but it was NOT Ryan's fault. The Used Car Mgr, John, seemed to think he could have me drive from Pennsylvania and manipulate my budget which was clearly communicated to Ryan and from Ryan to John before I arrived. If it hadn't been for Ryan's great compassion and help during my 2nd purchase I would not recommend Sussex Honda but will continue to give his contact information to friends and family. Although it was very stressful, I did end up with a great used car for my daughter thanks to Ryan.. Give that guy a raise!!! More

When I came to the dealership looking for a new car David was very helpful in finding just the car I wanted. He remembered even the smallest details that I had mentioned very early in my visit. From the manager, Mr. Kelly to the sales staff, to the financial team and the service dept, they made me feel like I came to the right place to make a fair and honest deal. Salesman Gary Zinn was super knowledgeable about the inventory and took all the time necessary to show and explain the different trim packages available on the different models. My satisfaction seemed to be a priority. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but not at this dealership.
