Yes, the overall experience of buying a new 2014 Honda CRV EX-L with Nav was good and was satisfied with sales. David is a new salesperson at this dealership. He was easy to talk to and answered all our questions. We wound up purchasing our new vehicle on this visit. When we came to pick up our CRV the winter weather was terrible. David drove us to an "off campus" Honda garage so we could get introduced to the new features on the car in a warm, dry location. David had done his homework to acquaint himself with the important features that needed to be shared with us. We appreciated all that Mr. Kolstad did to help us purchase a new vehicle with no problems or obstacles. More
When I spoke with salesman Gary over the phone he was very helpful in obtaining information and getting back to me with a quote. When I arrived at the dealership he was busy and I was assigned a new sale very helpful in obtaining information and getting back to me with a quote. When I arrived at the dealership he was busy and I was assigned a new salesman, Ryan Forbeck who was very nice and attentive. When he didn't know the answer to a question, it got the answer quickly. I felt I got a fair price for my car, not great, but fair. My one big disappointment was when I met with Daniel (I think that was his name) with finance and signing my finance deal. It was after closing time when I was notified that Honda had a "new rule" that I will have to pay $350 if I don't lease another Honda when I turn in my CR-V. This was thrown at me at the eleventh hour of the deal. I feel someone should have let me know this before hand and give me time to decide. Essentially, I'm paying another $350. for my car. I feel this was a little shady and the reason I gave Overall Experience a 3. Truthfully, it left a bad taste in my mouth. More

He was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, but not overbearing. He had two vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They were even parked in a sheltered area so we would not get wet on a rainy night. What a way to make a customer feel special!The transaction went seamlessly and quickly, and we were told we could pick our new car up in the morning if we chose. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Stieb and Sussex Honda. We look forward to driving our new Accord. More
